We went a perfect 3-0 in week four, we hope you cashed in with us. We now have a 8-2 record on the season.
Week four notes:
The Winnipeg Blue Bombers are last in the Eastern Division. One of the biggest weaknesses for the team is the quarterback, Stefan LeFors ranks last among starting quarterbacks. They have added Michael Bishop to boaster this position. Bishop had been playing in the Indoor Football league, he played for the Saskatchewan Roughriders last year, but most fans will remember him for his 2007 run with the Toronto Argonauts, leading the team to 11-1 record as a started.

We went 2-1 in week three moving us to a very respectable 5-2 on the season.
Week three notes:
B.C. quarterback Buck Pierce suffered an apparent head injury in Thursday’s victory over the Edmonton Eskimos and was replaced by Jarious Jackson in the first quarter. According to head coach Wally Buono, all of Pierce’s symptoms cleared up Thursday night before the team returned home, Buono expects him to be at practice on Monday.

We went 1-1 in week two which brings our year total to 3-1.
Week two notes:
The Blue Bombers announced they cut Derick Armstrong. The release comes after Armstrong refused to take the field for the first game of the season in Edmonton. Armstrong did not practice with the club after the incident, as the Bombers looked to trade him, obviouly that didn’t work out.

Week One Notes:
Edmonton Eskimo Jesse Lumsden suffered a dislocated shoulder. The injury is was to Lumsden’s left shoulder, which has twice required surgery to repair damage. Expect him out for several weeks, this will cause Edmonton to pass more, much like they did last season.
